Sometimes the allen screw may be tight but the part the screw installs onto might be loose so taking the door handle off to check is a good idea to tighten the door handle you will need an allen wrench set as different refrigerator and freezer doors have different sized screws usually 3 32 or 1 8 allen wrench sizes. Use 1 inch screw to attach door rail and spacer to door level door at both ends and drill remaining pilot holes and attach with 1 inch screws. Using a 7 16 wrench or adjustable wrench and 1 8 allen wrench loosen roller and move along slotted hole.
