Nissan Note Door Lock Noise

This week we are having a look at the problem with nissan qashqai nissan micra and nissan note ignition locks. When i lock the door from the outside using the key fob it makes a mechanical whining crunchy noise inside the driver door. My unlock sounds completely normal but ever since it started getting cold my door lock sounds like a sound from the game operation.

My nissan micra 3 door diesel has recently developed a noise in the central locking.
